Meet the Greens, a King Farm Family

Martin moved his family to the King Farm Community in January 2000 while the construction of homes was in full swing. Since then he has sold the original home he purchased and bought another home that better fits his family's needs. He currently owns two King Farm homes, and is active within the community.

The King Farm location nestled in the center of Montgomery County with easy access to Interstate 270 and its proximity to the Shady Grove Metro were key considerations for Martin and his family.

Since moving to King Farm, Martin has been involved in the sale of more than 70 homes. He has sold nearly every home type in the community including condominiums, town homes and single family homes. He has floor plans for all the different models constructed in King Farm as well the upgrades provided by each of the builders.

Martin is a native of Dublin, Ireland, and came to the U.S. on a track scholarship to the University of Maryland College Park. He became a U.S. citizen in 1987 and has been selling real estate in the Washington area since 1987.

He is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC, And Virginia. He is an associate broker in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has sold over 600 homes in his real estate career and is intimately familiar with all aspects of the real estate transaction.

Within the real estate community, Martin has achieved several awards including induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Certified Residential Specialist and E-Pro designations.
